Najib Ayad said that 800 films were screened in 2018, of which 206 were selected from 47 countries and that 19 cinemas in Tunisia and 4 in the regions (Nabeul, Sfax, Gabes and Siliana) will be selected. Carthage Film Days from 3 to 10 November 2018 will host more than 350 guests From outside.

Najib Ayyad said that it will be devoted to a series of films from Iraq, Senegal, Brazil and India, in continuation of the idea of ​​hosting sisterly and friendly countries as guests of honor, which began in the last session and brings Iraq to this program with 18 films (9) (9 long films and 4 short films). The Indian film audience is represented in 8 films and the Brazilian is in 12 films.

The director-general of Carthage Film Festival 2018 confirmed that 30 per cent of tickets would be sold through the Internet, while five ticket offices in post centers would be specially designed for Carthage Film Festival guests, stressing that the price of the ticket had not changed (three dinars per dinar and one half dirhams for students and students).

Najib Ayyad revealed the budget to be adopted at the 2018 session, which may reach up to 3.5 million dinars.
