A pilot from a UAE airline died in the air, causing an emergency landing at Kuwait airport, Etihad Airways said.
One of its pilots on board EY927 cargo flight from Abu Dhabi to Amsterdam has died, the company said, noting that the plane was flown to Kuwait International Airport.
