Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid interferes in favor of Moroccan artist Mariam Hussein

The United Arab Emirates:- The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, interfered in the adjudicated case with a court ruling in the imprisonment of Moroccan artist, Maryam Hussein, and deportation from the Emirates, and the judiciary resorted to releasing her and clearing her of the charges brought against her by the journalist, Saleh Al Jasmi, brother of artist Hussein Al Jasmi.

The Dubai Misdemeanor Court had issued a final, non-appealable ruling, the deportation of Maryam Hussein from the United Arab Emirates, the reduction of her prison sentence from 3 months to a month, and the acquittal of the journalist, Saleh Al Jasmi, of the charges against him.

At that time, the court issued a ruling to convict the two parties, Maryam Hussein, of insulting and slandering, and Saleh Al Jasmi, of insulting and slandering, and a fine of 100,000 dirhams was awarded equally between the two parties, in addition to closing their accounts in Snapchat for a month.

Another 5,000 dirhams will be paid as a mutual fine, and Maryam Hussein will pay another fine of 50,000 dirhams to the third party, Wafa Al-Khaldi, and the court acquitted Mary Hussein of the accusation of filming, which is the main issue, which is a preliminary ruling and upon which the appeal was won and which Al Jasmi recently gained.
