The Israeli newspaper "Israel Hayom" talked about this cooperation and said that it will be with the Emirates and Bahrain, where the three countries will classify the Lebanese Hezbollah as a terrorist organization and act against it.
The newspaper quoted the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Strategic Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yehoshua Zarqa: "Cooperation between Israel and the Gulf states will be against Hezbollah in world capitals and international institutions. During recent years, 14 countries declared Hezbollah a terrorist organization."
Zarka said, "Harming Hezbollah means harming Iran, and we will not allow the organization to collect funds from countries of the world," indicating that Israel will focus its future activities against Hezbollah, in the European Union countries, and within the United Nations.
Zarka concluded, "The goal is for the United Nations to identify Hezbollah as a terrorist organization."
