Electronic cigarette smoke causes lung cancer

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:-- Scientists at New York University School of Medicine have conducted a scientific study on mice on the effect of electronic cigarette smoke on the lungs.

The scientists studied the effect of e-cigarette smoke on mice, and detected cases of swelling in their lungs.

They discovered that electronic cigarette smoke destroyed the mice 's DNA, which in turn turns into dangerous cancer cells that cause cancer in the lung, which develops into a tumor in the bladder.

Of the 40 mice exposed to electronic cigarette smoke for 54 weeks, 22.5% had lung cancer and 57.5% had precancerous bladder lesions.
