Health experts recommend eating spicy foods

Health experts recommend eating spicy foods, and they say they protect against many disorders and diseases, and help reduce the risk of premature death, according to a recent Italian study.

The study conducted by the "Noromed" Institute for Medical Research and Health Care, in the Italian city of Paisley, and published in the "American College Cardiological" newspaper that specializes in heart health, that eating spicy food regularly reduces the possibility of premature death in humans by 25 percent.

The study showed that those who eat hot peppers four times a week, are 23% less likely to die premature death and stroke, compared to people who are exposed to eating hot peppers.

The study relied on a wide sample of 22,000 adults, then followed them over a period of eight full years, and carefully monitored their eating habits.

The results indicated that eating hot food reduced the risk of all deaths due to heart problems by 34 percent.

And the study stated that capsaicin, which gives peppers its hot taste, protects health from several disorders.

And previous medical studies have revealed that capsaicin plays an important role in reducing inflammation of the body, as well as significantly addressing cancer cells.
