In an interview with Radio "Sputnik", the expert points out that hamburgers, shawarma and other foods that are classified as fast foods, do not benefit health in anything even when they are eaten immediately after preparation. What if it is obsolete? Of course it will be more dangerous to health. Because during the night it will decompose and lose vitamins and minerals.
She says: "Outdoor fast foods do not contain vitamins, because they are basically few or no, so how about if they are not fresh, because what was present has decomposed; that is, a person gets only calories, protein, fats and carbohydrates from them."
And she adds, according to “Russia Today”: “When these protein foods are heated, their structure changes and it is difficult for the body to absorb them. As for fried potatoes, they are dangerous in themselves, so how about when they are heated, because when frying starchy materials in a large amount of oil, they are formed in addition to the trans oils, Dangerous carcinogenic acrylamide compounds.
And she continues: When these foods are not placed in the refrigerator and the next day they are eaten cold without heating, the person may develop a bacterial infection.
"We need to know how long the fast food has been out of the fridge because they say the technology of preparing these foods 'kills' everything, but the risk of bacterial contamination is still there," she says. Wash it well or not...as a rule, the sauce contains sugar and starch, and this is a breeding ground for bacteria.”
And the expert adds, in general, if a person's diet is healthy and varied, he can sometimes eat fast food.
"If the diet is balanced and provides the body with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, then there is no objection to eating a fast food meal. But when a person eats these foods on a regular basis, this is very bad," she says.
