Moroccan media scene loses 2 female journalists in one day

The Moroccan media scene lost both journalist Maria Lotfi, who died in Rabat, and the Amazigh journalist Hadra Abbou, within 24 hours.

Mariya Lotfi was the last station she was appointed to head Channel 4 in 2005.

She received a state doctorate with distinction in French literature from the Sorbonne, surpassed all French by her payment, and held several consultative positions.

Abo was one of the distinguished journalists in Amazigh Radio (Amazigh Atlas), where she contributed to the preparation and presentation of many excellent programs.

She was awarded many awards by the Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture for the National Media Award for Amazigh Media on National Radio in 2004.

She also received the National Press Award granted by the Ministry of Communication in the Amazigh Radio category.
