Dennis Hoof won the election, beating his rival Lysya Romanov by more than 7,000 votes.
Hoff was supposed to be a delegate from the provinces of Nay, Lincoln, and Clark, in the state.
According to the law, the Republican Party will have to appoint another delegate from the party to take his seat.
Democratic rival Romanov will not get the seat instead of the deceased candidate.
Huff's body was found on Oct. 16, 2018, after he celebrated his 72th birthday in one of his legal huts, Bunny Ranch.
Hoff was a television star on a network of brothels he owned.
