According to Sudanese media, one of the dead youths said in a video clip that was found on his phone: "The person who gets us if we don't live informs this clip to our family... We are on a cut off road as far as we know."
And the website "Russia Today" quotes Sudanese media, that the clip shows the youths' car sinking in the sands of the desert, and the documenter of the clip added: "The water is weak from Tuesday and today Thursday is the last episode."
And he continued, "I hope that friends, brothers and family will pray for us to be steadfast, God willing... God will forgive everyone, God willing."
The video showed the presence of objects scattered in the sand, as well as empty cans that were likely to have preserved foodstuffs before they were all consumed.
