"Afghanistan is the graveyard of empires and their war machines," Zhao wrote. "Taliban fighters have turned American planes into hammocks and toys."
The footage shows members of the Taliban swinging on hammocks tied with ropes in the wings of abandoned US military aircraft.
In the weeks prior to the US withdrawal, the Afghan Air Force operated 167 aircraft, including 108 helicopters and 59 aircraft.
About 46 aircraft, including 24 helicopters, were flown to Uzbekistan before the Taliban seized power.
The commander of the US evacuation mission, General Frank McKenzie, said his forces disabled 73 aircraft before withdrawing from the country last month.
US forces destroyed avionics, removed propellers and cannons from planes and helicopters, and other planes were stripped of wheels and left on the tarmac.
