Swedish website Aftenposten reported that 75-year-old Felix was burned to death, after a police car collided with a truck on the E4 motorway outside Markard in Sweden.

The two police officers were also met in the accident, as the two were part of the Swedish police's personal protection group, according to the police statement, and the authorities are currently conducting investigations to uncover the causes of the accident.

Felix has been under police protection since one of his cartoons angered Muslims in 2007, due to its insult to the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.
