Vision, France: - A lawsuit has been filed in France against the governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Riad Salameh, his brother, and one of his aides.

The lawsuit relates to real estate assets worth millions of euros in France, according to Laura Rousseau, director of the Illicit Financial Flows Program at the non-governmental organization Sherpa.

Riad Salameh indicated that he bought all his possessions in France before assuming the position, revealed the source of his wealth, and presented documents on several occasions, proving that he owned $ 23 million in 1993, before assuming the position of governor of the Banque du Liban.
