Zina Akar Adra, Minister of Defense and Deputy Prime Minister:
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences in Marketing and Management from the Lebanese American University, with more than 20 years of work, management and research experience.
Zina Aker founded and ran the program of the Association for Social and Cultural Development (INMA), a non-governmental organization, and established close contacts with international donors, NGOs, UN agencies, local banks and financial institutions.
Minister of Youth and Sports, Vartini Ohanyan:
She holds a BA in Social Sciences from the Lebanese University and a Diploma in Project Management from Haigazian University.
She managed the Educational and Rehabilitation Center for Visitors to Special Needs, and worked as a social counselor and administrative coordinator for the Visitorants Center and the Armenian Orthodox Diocese in Lebanon.
Justice Minister Marie Claude Negm:
She is Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and Chair of the Department of Private Law and Director of the Center for Human Rights Studies for the Arab World.
Marie Claude has worked as a visiting professor for several years at the University of Pantheon - Assas (Paris 1) and at the University of Pantheon - Sorbonne (Paris 2).
She is an appellate attorney affiliated with the Bar Association, and has numerous researches on issues of conflict of law and international jurisdiction, especially in multi-law systems.
In addition to her professional work, she has contributed to civil society projects and initiatives.
Labor Minister Lamia Yammine Doueihy:
She is a consultant architect, university professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture at the Lebanese University, and a board member of a private company.
Minister of the Displaced Ghada Shreim: -
She holds a doctorate in French literature, and is the supervisor of Fairouz magazine published by Dar Al-Sayyad.
Ghada Shraim held the position of Director of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities - Fourth Branch at the Lebanese University, and she also worked as a lecturer at the Lebanese University. She is active in the area of women's political rights.
Minister of Information, Manal Abdel Samad: -
Manal Abdel Samad held the position of Head of the Legislation and Tax Policy Department in the Directorate of Tax on Value Added - Ministry of Finance, and she is a lecturer at Saint Joseph University in Beirut.
She received a state doctorate in law, from the University of Paris 1 - the Sorbonne, with excellent appreciation with first class honors and mention from the examining committee in the year 2015.
