And because the digestion of proteins requires a large amount of water, unlike carbohydrates and fats, so it is better to reduce the portion of proteins or divide them throughout the day, and not eat them at once.

It should not be exposed to the sun and heat directly, and the need to wear light-coloured clothing that reflects the heat, as well as eating fruits as snacks separating the main meals, while increasing the share of milk and yogurt because they contain beneficial probiotic bacteria, which reduce dryness of the body and promote the health of the skin, skin and heart.
