The building is known as "Bristal" and costs between $12,800 and $20150 per month.
It contains an alarm system “Foresite” to respond to emergency situations, which activates alerts and warnings for medical professionals and facility employees, and is pre-installed in all rooms, and is not turned on by default, but comes with an additional fee, with the monthly rent of up to $20,000, which allows it to be activated according to Need, when the population needs change.
There are also places dedicated to caring for people with dementia and poor memory, which include alarms, alerts, and doors that are locked and controlled by a health monitor, with artificial intelligence.
The monthly rent includes three delicious meals a day, a bedroom cleaning service, and a range of social activities and facilities.
The company says: "Regular health monitoring and reducing the risk of elderly falls play an important role in maintaining the well-being of the elderly, especially those with Alzheimer's or dementia, who often cannot communicate when something is wrong."
